Katrina Halterman
Katrina Halterman is a Realtor serving JBLM and all surrounding areas south of Seattle, including Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Lacey, and Olympia. She is passionate about helping families navigate the home buying and selling process and strives to be one of the most trusted real estate agents serving the South Sound and JBLM communities.
Katrina’s real estate journey began in 2015 when she worked for a real estate investor as an administrative assistant. That experience gave her a strong foundation in the investment side of real estate, including how to analyze property value, understand market trends, and identify opportunities that make sense financially. Today she brings that same strategic mindset to every client she works with.
Before becoming a Realtor, Katrina worked in interior design and kitchen and bath design, earning her associate degree in interior design. This background gives her clients a unique advantage when evaluating homes. She is able to help buyers see potential in a space and guide sellers on how to present their home in the best possible light.
Katrina also previously owned a graphic design business, which sharpened her skills in marketing, branding, and entrepreneurship. Those skills now translate directly into how she markets homes and helps listings stand out in the competitive Tacoma and South Sound real estate market.
As a military spouse, Katrina understands firsthand the challenges military families face during relocations and PCS moves. She is proud to serve the JBLM community and enjoys helping military families successfully navigate VA loans and the fast timelines that often come with military life.
Outside of real estate, Katrina is a proud mom to her energetic toddler son, Asher. Being a mother has given her an even deeper appreciation for helping families find a home where they can truly put down roots and build memories.
